Email messages sent from users of Sochitel UK Ltd's email systems have a legal disclaimer statement appended automatically.  The disclaimer statement includes a hyperlink to this web page.

Confidentiality:

Email messages and any file attachments sent by Sochitel UK Ltd are confidential or legally privileged information and are only intended for the addressee.  If you are not the intended recipient or the person responsible for delivering the message to the intended recipient, any onward transmission of the email is strictly prohibited. If you have received the email in error, you should delete the message and any attachments immediately, including any backups, temporary files, and hard copies and please return the message to the sender by replying to the email. It comes without any warranties or intention to create a contractual relationship unless specifically indicated otherwise and signed by an authorised signatory of Sochitel UK Ltd. Any part of email messages which is purely personal in nature is not authorised by Sochitel and any opinions or advice expressed are not necessarily endorsed by Sochitel UK Ltd. Email messages may also be legally privileged and any unauthorised use may be unlawful and result in civil and or criminal proceedings being taken against you.

Security and Viruses:

Sochitel UK Ltd puts the security of the client at a high priority. Therefore, we have put efforts into ensuring that the message is error and virus-free. Unfortunately, full security of the email cannot be ensured as, despite our efforts, the data included in emails could be infected, intercepted, or corrupted. Sochitel UK Ltd does not accept responsibility for changes made to an email message after it was sent. While all reasonable care has been taken to avoid the transmission of viruses, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the onward transmission, opening or use of email messages and any attachments will not adversely affect its systems or data. Therefore, the recipient should check the email for threats with proper software, as Sochitel UK Ltd does not accept liability for any damage inflicted by viewing the content of emails.
